The opportunity

Unity is looking for a Senior Client Partner to join a small, high-impact team focused on bringing early-stage solutions to market across EMEA. This role will support emerging products and workflows across Developer Data Framework, Diagnostics, IAP, Webshop, and D2C expansion, helping (mobile) developers and studios better understand, grow, monetize, and retain their audiences.

This is not a traditional mature sales role with a fully defined playbook, revenue engine, or predictable pipeline. Instead, we are looking for a highly self-starting, flexible, commercially minded Client Partner who is excited by ambiguity, early product development, and building go-to-market motions from the ground up.

You will work closely with mobile (and non-mobile) developers, product teams, engineering, ads, marketing, and create / grow sales stakeholders to identify customer needs, test new use cases, gather market feedback, and help shape how Unity brings these solutions to market. The ideal candidate understands the mobile ecosystem, has strong technical curiosity, and can credibly engage both business and technical audiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, learning quickly, and adapting priorities as the business evolves.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the adoption of early-stage Unity solutions across areas such as Developer Data Framework, Diagnostics, IAP, Webshop, and direct-to-consumer growth.
  • Build account strategies from scratch across small, mid-sized, and larger developer accounts in EMEA, identifying early opportunities for Unity’s emerging data and D2C solutions by engaging with CEOs, CTOs, product leaders, engineers, growth teams, and monetization stakeholders to understand their workflows, challenges, and commercial goals.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and Unity’s internal teams, translating customer needs, product gaps, technical feedback, and market signals into clear insights for product, engineering, ads, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Create repeatable GTM learnings by documenting customer insights, objections, successful use cases, outreach patterns, and emerging vertical opportunities. Identify and develop new business opportunities, even where the sales motion, pricing model, revenue flow, or pipeline is still being defined.
  • Stay flexible and adaptable, shifting focus quickly as company priorities, customer feedback, or product readiness change.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong self-starter mindset: Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment without a fully established playbook, mature pipeline, or clearly defined revenue motion.
  • Mobile gaming and developer monetization knowledge: Understanding of how mobile developers monetize through ads, IAP, subscriptions, hybrid monetization, and direct-to-consumer strategies; and understand how data flows through developer, product, marketing, and monetization workflows.
  • Strong internal collaboration skills: Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, ads, sales, and customer-facing teams. Able to gather feedback, identify patterns, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Strong business judgment and prioritization: Able to assess where to spend time, which accounts or use cases are most promising, and when to pivot based on new information. Ability to build account plans from the ground up, identify opportunities across different account sizes, and develop early customer relationships for emerging products.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change: Excited by early-stage products, evolving objectives, imperfect tools, and the need to continuously learn, adjust, and refocus.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
