Job Description: Client Partner - High Secure Services Location: UK based - must be able to travel to Reading and other clients sites when required. Due to security clearance requirements candidates must be eligible for or currently hold DV. Candidates must be sole UK national/British citizen and resided in the UK for 10 years and over. The Role: DXC Technology is seeking a Client Partner to lead strategic growth within the High Secure sector. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering long-term value for both DXC and its customers. You will operate in highly secure, mission-critical environments, partnering with organisations that play a vital role in national security and energy resilience. Reporting to the HSS Territory Leader, the Client Partner holds end-to-end accountability for the client lifecycle—spanning opportunity development, commercial ownership, and delivery oversight. The role requires strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and a focus on delivering outcomes that meet both customer needs and business objectives. This position engages with senior stakeholders across government and industry and requires the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships in complex environments. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Leadership Define and deliver a multi-year growth strategy aligned to customer and DXC objectives Position DXC solutions to support strategic customer priorities Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders Growth & Pipeline Development Develop and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities Drive business growth within existing accounts and identify new opportunities Lead opportunity shaping, qualification, and pursuit activities Commercial & Financial Ownership Own revenue performance, sales targets, and margin outcomes Maintain accountability for financial performance, including P&L Support complex commercial negotiations and successful deal closure Delivery Oversight & Customer Success Work collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes Monitor service performance and support continuous improvement Promote customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership value Ecosystem & Partnership Leadership Build and develop strategic partnerships with internal teams and external partners Align services and capabilities to deliver integrated customer solutions Leadership & Team Enablement Lead and inspire cross-functional teams Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels Experience & Capability Requirements Essential Experience managing complex customer accounts within a technology or services environment Strong commercial acumen, including experience with financial accountability Proven ability to develop pipelines and support business growth Ability to work effectively within highly secure or regulated environments Willingness and ability to undergo UK national security vetting (Developed Vetting level) Highly Desirable Current or previous UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance Leadership & Personal Attributes Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills Clear and confident communicator Collaborative approach with the ability to influence at senior levels Results-focused with a commitment to achieving shared outcomes Adaptable and able to work in complex, evolving environments Success Measures Delivery against revenue and growth objectives Development of a sustainable and high-quality opportunity pipeline Customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement Achievement of profitable growth Strength and depth of stakeholder relationships.
