About Us
At Pacific International, we partner with Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and high-growth organisations worldwide to build exceptional C-suite and senior leadership teams. As a globally recognised retained executive search firm, we’re proud of our collaborative culture, adaptability, and long-standing commitment to diversity and inclusion.
As we continue our next phase of growth, we’re making a small number of strategic senior hires. After achieving sustained year-on-year growth of around 30% over the past two years, we’re introducing one newly created senior delivery role to help shape the future of our firm.
The Role
This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on executive search delivery with client partnership and people leadership. It’s designed for someone who enjoys being close to the work, values quality and collaboration, and is motivated by making a meaningful impact, both for clients and colleagues. The role offers senior-level autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to play an active part in strengthening our leadership bench while supporting sustainable growth.
If you’re looking for a role where your experience, perspective, and leadership style will be valued, and where you can grow alongside a high-performing, international team, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
As a senior delivery leader, you will:
- Lead end-to-end executive search assignments
- Own and lead client relationships, or partner closely with another senior member of the team, while acting as the primary delivery lead
- Manage, mentor, and develop delivery teams (consultants and/or associates)
- Balance delivery excellence with people leadership and commercial contribution
- Act as a senior point of escalation and guidance across assignments
- Contribute to the evolution of delivery standards and ways of working as the business continues to scale

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
