About the Role:

We are working with a leading global technology and consulting organisation that is looking to appoint a Client Partner to support growth across the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector.

This is a client-facing, growth-focused role responsible for strengthening customer relationships, creating new demand, shaping strategic opportunities and driving revenue across Business Process Services and wider transformation-led solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders across business, IT and procurement, as well as internal domain, technology, delivery and sales teams, to develop value-led propositions aligned to client priorities across Life Sciences, Healthcare and Pharma.

This role would suit an experienced relationship manager, engagement manager, account manager or business development professional with strong Life Sciences domain knowledge and experience across clinical, regulatory, safety, medical affairs or pharma business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive proactive demand generation across existing and new Life Sciences & Healthcare accounts.
  • Identify transformation opportunities aligned to client priorities across areas such as R&D, safety, regulatory, medical affairs, real-world data, patient healthcare and pharma operations.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships across business, IT, procurement and executive stakeholders.
  • Shape strategic opportunities and value-led propositions across BPS, digital transformation, GenAI, AIOps, AMS and technology-enabled services.
  • Lead client relationship mapping and stakeholder engagement planning.
  • Develop client-specific value statements, business cases and strategic questions linked to key business challenges.
  • Identify client critical success factors and translate them into integrated BPS-led solutions.
  • Own revenue pipeline, bookings and realised revenue targets across BPS and cross-service line opportunities.
  • Support and lead large deal pursuits, RFP responses, bid defence activity and executive client presentations.
  • Ensure strong qualification, solution differentiation, pricing alignment and commercial discipline.
  • Position the business as a strategic transformation partner rather than a delivery vendor.
  • Build value-led narratives around cost optimisation, time-to-market, compliance, patient impact, risk reduction and transformation outcomes.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to demonstrate realised value through KPIs, operational performance and transformation impact.
  • Lead account planning, forecasting, pipeline tracking, deal reviews and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate internal teams across business units, BPS, technology, delivery and global delivery locations.
  • Support transition planning, risk management and execution oversight for ongoing programmes.
  • Provide leadership and direction to onsite and distributed teams across global delivery environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
