You Are
A strong Client Partner (Sales) responsible for leading strategic client relationships and driving business growth within the Insurance sector (Insurance).
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, enabling digital transformation and technology-led innovation across life, health, and property & casualty (P&C) insurance segments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development across digital, data, cloud, and platform modernization initiatives. Lead and expand key client relationships within the Insurance domain. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and client success. Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to ensure excellence and customer satisfaction. Provide industry insights on evolving trends such as insurtech, AI-driven underwriting, claims automation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Focus Areas
Manage strategic accounts across Life, Health, and P&C insurance. Drive adoption of AI and automation for efficiency and risk reduction. Lead digital initiatives using data, analytics, and ML models. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. 12-18 years of experience in Insurance / IT services or consulting. Proven success in strategic account management and client relationship leadership. Strong understanding of insurance operations, digital transformation, and regulatory landscape. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Strong business development and revenue growth track record. Expertise in digital transformation and technology-led innovation. Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
