About WeBuild-AI
WeBuild-AI is an AI native transformation consultancy. We build production-grade AI solutions that deliver transformational value for global enterprises across financial services, energy and utilities, manufacturing and CPG, and beyond. Our work spans AI strategy, custom AI products, agents, AI-ready data platforms, and AI native engineering, delivered by a team that is AI-first in how we think and how we work.
We are a fast-growing, founder-led business with a reputation for turning ambitious AI ideas into systems that run in production. Our customers include some of the most recognisable names in banking, investment, private equity, energy and industrial markets.
The role
We are hiring for a Client Partner to drive growth across our enterprise customer base and open up new markets. You will work closely with our founders, partners and consultants to shape opportunities, lead commercial conversations, and build trusted relationships with senior buyers in complex organisations. Candidates must have 5+ years experience in professional services and consulting selling.
This is a 360 sales role. You will generate pipeline through your own network, activate our partner and channel ecosystem, expand within existing customers, and run disciplined new business outreach. You will own a revenue number, shape the commercial approach, and over time have the opportunity to grow into a role that shapes and leads the wider sales function.
What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts and prospects across our priority sectors, including financial services, energy and utilities, manufacturing and CPG
- Run the full sales cycle end to end, from first conversation to signed SOW, working hand in hand with our founders, delivery leads and partner ecosystem
- Build and qualify pipeline through a mix of personal network, partner-led motions, channel relationships, existing customer expansion, and targeted outbound
- Shape and structure outcome-based commercial models that align our pricing to customer value, working with delivery to craft proposals that customers genuinely want to sign
- Use AI throughout your own workflow, from account research and account planning to SOW drafting, proposal shaping and follow-up. We expect our AEs to be power users of the tools we sell
- Build durable relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, data and AI leaders, and heads of function, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional seller
- Represent WeBuild-AI in customer meetings across the UK, at partner events and at industry gatherings
- Feed insight back into our service design, marketing and partner strategy, helping us sharpen our proposition as the market evolves

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for
- 6 to 10 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling consulting, AI, data or software services into large organisations
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles, and meaningful commercial value
- Sector exposure across financial services, energy, manufacturing or CPG, with credibility to hold a conversation with senior buyers in at least one of these markets
- Confident operating as a 360 seller, comfortable working your own network, running partner motions, growing existing accounts and prospecting into new logos
- Practical command of MEDDIC or MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and the Challenger methodology, with the discipline to run them properly rather than just name-check them
- Commercial creativity, including the ability to shape outcome-based, risk-shared and value-linked commercial structures that work for both customer and consultancy
- Genuine fluency with AI tools in your own workflow, and the curiosity to keep learning as the landscape shifts
- Excellent written communication, particularly in proposals, SOWs and senior stakeholder correspondence
