Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Salary: £37k-50k

The Role
As Client Partner at Storm ID, you will be responsible for proactively developing and growing client partnerships, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction with the clients you work with. You will:
- Lead the scoping of projects,
- Oversee successful delivery,
- Manage revenue,
- Ensure value for your clients.
You’ll join an experienced team, all of whom understand how ideas and innovation can support our clients. You will work closely with our project management office, responsible for project delivery, as well as the business development team for support in identifying and driving forward new opportunities.

About You
We recognise that professionals come from diverse backgrounds, and we value people who bring unique perspectives and knowledge to our team.
This role involves working with clients on innovative websites, digital platforms, and services, owning the relationship to strategically drive growth in your accounts.
Key requirements:
- Experience working in an account management / client partner role with proven success in building excellent client relationships.
- Familiarity with digital services and interest in emerging technologies and platforms.
- Experience communicating with clients, driving strategic initiatives, generating revenue, identifying growth opportunities, multitasking, and managing finances.
- Strong time management, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
Additional:
- Experience successfully maintaining and growing digital client accounts.
- Experience with technical projects—such as websites, web applications, data and AI projects, and M365 / low-code solutions.
- Ability to write statements of work, bids, and proposals.
- Demonstrable passion for digital and technology.

What You’ll Do
As a Client Partner, you’ll develop and maintain strong client relationships while driving revenue growth and ensuring satisfaction:
- Build, maintain, and retain partnerships with key clients.
- Lead project scoping, create Statements of Work (SoWs), and secure client sign-off.
- Oversee successful project delivery, proactively addressing challenges.
- Manage revenue and develop growth strategies.
- Ensure contracts are in place for all projects and retainers.
- Understand Storm ID’s full service range, identifying opportunities to expand client engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored client solutions.
