A unique opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious heritage business specialising in ceremonial, professional and formal attire.
We're looking for a highly organised, commercially-minded individual who enjoys building client relationships, attending events, and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience working with Royal Warrant holders and/or livery companies would be highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on ceremonial uniform and attire requirements
- Managing customer enquiries and sales support activities
- Taking client measurements and coordinating fittings
- Supporting UK and international events and business trips
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
- Assisting with stock management, invoicing and account administration
