About the Role

In the Client Portfolio Support role, you will have responsibility for supporting, maintaining, and assisting our portfolio of clients, ensuring an optimum level of service. This is an excellent opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an engaging team, gaining firsthand experience of FX dealing and improving your global trade understanding.


Responsibilities

  • Provide client support across a global portfolio, including services for FX hedging and cash management.
  • Execute FX trades, such as SPOT & FWD, across multiple liquidity providers using various trading platforms, including Bloomberg.
  • Manage a high volume of enquiries via phone, email and chat support, working closely with the dealing team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of internal processes across Screening, Operations, Reconciliation, Compliance and Treasury.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

About You (Requirements)

  • Experience: At least 1 year’s experience in the FX industry (preferred but not essential).
  • Education: Degree-level qualification, ideally in economics, business studies or finance.
  • Technical skills: Strong mathematical ability and interest in financial markets.
  • Technical proficiency: Fluent English-speaking and written communication; familiarity with digital trading platforms is advantageous.
  • Soft skills:
    • Ability to thrive under pressure, balancing urgency with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Excellent written & verbal communication, including handling high-volume client interactions professionally.
  • Team mindset: Collaborative, positive, motivated and a fast learner with strong attention to detail.
