Specialist, Client Processing II

We’re seeking a future team member for one of our client, global banking organisation, for the role of Specialist, Client Processing II to join our Trade Support team. This role is located in Manchester.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide support to our client trading desks and clients.
  • Query management for clients and counterparties
  • Liaise with internal teams and counterparties to ensure timely trade booking and settlement.
  • Reconcile daily B2B trade bookings.
  • Investigate and resolve complex queries.
  • Using opportunities for self-development and self-improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Knowledge or experience of Middle/Back-Office processes preferred.
  • Enquiring mind – ability to understand complex processing and issues.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience of dealing with customers/clients/internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive worker who takes initiative to identify and solve problems.
  • Proficient user of Excel.
  • Strong Risk awareness.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Team player.
  • Commitment to Process Improvement
