Client Programmes and Events Manager
Location: Birmingham (hybrid working options available)
About the Role
We are looking for an experience events specialist to join our Events team as a Client Programmes and Events Manager.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the development and delivery of the firm’s in-house engagement programme, with a focus on:
- Event design and delivery
- Thought leadership
- Digital marketing
- Member acquisition
Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including:
- Business Development
- Docucentre
- Catering
- Intelligent Office
- Facilities
- Partners
- Fee earners
Externally, you will:
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and industry peers
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience across all programmes and events
You will report into a Senior Marketing Communications Manager and will have day-to-day management and development responsibilities for three Senior Events Executives.
About You
We are seeking someone with proven confidence in delivering integrated marketing and communications, including team management experience.

Key requirements include:
- A strong background in events delivery, ideally within a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Experience in professional services is advantageous, though not essential.
- Familiarity with memberships and acquisition is beneficial, even if not a core focus.
- Excellent communication, advisory, and relationship-building skills with partners and senior executives.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (training available).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines under pressure.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
