About the Role
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will represent our organisation through one-on-one client interactions that contribute to revenue growth and brand expansion. This is a people-focused, target-aware role suited to individuals who are confident communicators, enjoy working towards defined objectives, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You will take ownership of building relationships, presenting tailored solutions, and contributing to measurable performance outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Engaging with prospective and existing clients to drive brand growth and commercial results
- Presenting solutions clearly and confidently in line with client needs
- Working towards defined performance targets and engagement metrics
- Building long-term relationships through consistent follow-up
- Representing the organisation at campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
- Tracking activity and performance data to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in environments with clear performance expectations
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Positive, professional, and resilient attitude
- Experience in hospitality, retail, outreach, recruitment, events, or performance-based roles is advantageous
