SALARY: £28,053 – £30,000 Basic
OTE: £50,000 – £60,000 in Year 1 (Bonus & Commission Based on Performance)
LOCATION: Dinnington, Sheffield (S25 3QU)
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours)
CONTRACT: Full Time | Permanent

About The Role
As a Client Relationship Executive, you'll work with businesses across the UK to help them identify the right Health, Safety and Compliance training solutions for their teams.
You'll be based at our modern Training Centre in Dinnington, working alongside a supportive and high-performing team. The role combines relationship building, stakeholder management, business development, and account growth, making it ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and creating lasting professional relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understanding clients' needs and recommending appropriate training solutions.
- Managing conversations with decision-makers across a variety of industries.
- Developing and growing your own customer portfolio.
- Following up on warm leads and business enquiries.
- Conducting meetings via telephone, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- Delivering excellent customer experiences while achieving performance goals.
- Building long-term partnerships and generating repeat business.
