Client Relationship Manager
TPT Retirement Solutions is seeking a proactive, knowledgeable, and relationship-focused Client Relationship Manager to help us deliver a high-quality, forward-thinking pension service to sponsoring employers of our Defined Benefit (DB) Master Trust schemes and the employers and trustees of our DB Multi Trust schemes.
You will be responsible for:
- Proactively managing and coordinating the delivery of services to sponsoring employers and trustees, ensuring a consistently high-quality client experience.
- Building and developing strong relationships with TPT Clients and advisers, aligned with TPT’s strategic goals.
- Leading strategic discussions with clients about long-term scheme aims, demonstrating a strong understanding of TPT’s propositions and how they support client objectives.
- Initiating and delivering clear, engaging communications—including presentations, reports, and updates—to employers, trustees, and members.
- Coordinating client projects, including those focused on scheme growth and development.
- Acting as a source of expertise on TPT’s propositions, technical pension matters, and current industry issues.
- Supporting the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge and guidance.
- Working closely with the Head of Client Relations to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed policy and governance frameworks.
- Drafting high-quality client announcements, booklets, presentations, and employer/Trustee papers as required.
- Taking responsibility for effective risk controls, ensuring all services meet governance and policy standards.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven Defined Benefit Client Relationship Management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach to work.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of DB pension schemes, legislation, governance funding, and current industry issues.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
