Position
Location: Remote
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
We are expanding our commercial team and seeking a motivated client relationship professional to lead the development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients and carrying out innovated and impactful winning pitches to large new business clients to further grow Paragon Skills in line with business objectives and ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing key client accounts, maintaining long term relationships, and maximising sales opportunities
- Engage with employers to promote apprenticeships and other commercial training opportunities
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Communicate learning and development solutions in saleable propositions that encourage utilisation of programmes offered by Paragon Skills by all clients
- Use innovation as a tool to achieve growth and encourage development in others
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims
What We're Looking For:
- Experience of business development and account management
- Experience of working within a training and education organisation, ideally apprenticeships
- Experience of pitching to and working with large multisite clients for new business opportunities
- Experience of using a consultative approach to support clients with the design of apprenticeship models that support their specific needs
- Experience of helping HR and L&D professionals develop their L&D strategy and spend levy fund
- Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
- Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance or willingness to acquire
