An international law firm is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join its Global Client Relationship Team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role focused on strengthening strategic client relationships, driving cross-border collaboration, and supporting revenue growth across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
You will play a central role in managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and proactive relationship development. Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will:
- Provide effective account management to support revenue growth across practices and regions.
- Leverage client insights to anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and shape tailored solutions.
- Champion best practice in client development, supporting initiatives that can be scaled across sectors, countries, and practice groups.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities and highlight areas for strategic expansion.
- Contribute to client innovation, process improvement, and opportunity identification.
- Support and manage projects aligned to the firm’s strategic client programme.
