Job Description

Location: Corby

Salary: Up to £60k

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:00

Your Tasks

  • Take commercial ownership of client relationships, overseeing P&L and ensuring pricing and profitability of your client account/accounts.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team dedicated to client success.
  • Provide oversight of service delivery and operations, monitoring SLA adherence, KPI variance and client satisfaction surveys.
  • Prepare and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, chairing client meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project management for new business introductions or client projects.
  • Drive account evolution and growth through strategic planning and identifying opportunities for additional solutions.
  • Proactively identify and address risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and contingencies as needed.
  • Manage and resolve account escalations in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in customer account management, with a focus on resolving complaints and improving solutions.
  • Knowledge of P&L, invoicing and clients accounts essential
  • Background from manufacturing, logistics or distribution.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of developing and motivating teams
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building and maintaining relationships
