Client Relationship Manager

Leeds City Centre

£40,000-£42,000 basic + £12,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)

A leading technology learning and development business is looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager to join its growing commercial team in Leeds.

The business works with organisations across a wide range of industries, helping them develop skills across technology, AI, cyber security and digital transformation. They're experiencing strong growth and are looking for ambitious sales professionals who enjoy winning business and building long-term relationships.

The role will involve:

  • Managing a portfolio of around 100 existing customer accounts
  • Identifying warm upsell, cross-sell and new business opportunities within your account base
  • Generating new business through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close
  • Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Working a combination of warm inbound enquiries and self-generated opportunities
  • Maintaining an accurate pipeline and activity through CRM
  • Collaborating with the wider commercial team to maximise revenue opportunities

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B sales
  • Background within Account Management, Business Development or a similar commercial sales role
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
