The LSM Club is an exclusive private members' club designed for women who seek premium experiences, meaningful connections, and a lifestyle of elegance. From curated events at London’s most iconic venues to high-society gatherings like the Monaco Grand Prix, we provide a trusted circle where access meets intention.

As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking ambitious sales professionals to bridge the gap between our luxury offerings and international guests.

The Opportunity

This is a sales position designed for individuals looking to break into the luxury lifestyle and private membership sector. This role is contractual and 100% commission-based, offering high reward for high performance. You will act as a brand ambassador, identifying and engaging high-net-worth international guests and prospective members.

Key Responsibilities

  • International Outreach: Identify and engage potential international guests and high-value members and corporate clients from global markets.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for international inquiries, ensuring a "white-glove" experience from first contact to event day.
  • Sales Strategy: Promote The LSM Club’s Reserve Services, including private travel support, event access, and membership tiers.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage your own portfolio of international leads to ensure consistent event attendance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
