About the Role
I’m currently working on a Defined Benefit (DB) Client Relationship Management (CRM) role with a leading provider, offering something differentiated from traditional consultancy models.
You’ll:
- Inherit an established portfolio of DB clients
- Focus on relationship management and strategic oversight
- Avoid billable hours and revenue targets
Instead, this role is about becoming a trusted partner to pension schemes, guiding them through funding, investment, and long-term objectives within an actively evolving provider environment.
