Client Relationship Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus (OTE £60,000-£65,000)
Location: Manchester City Centre - Fully Office Based
Contract: Perm
Hours: Mon-Thur (09:00-17:30) Fri (09:00-17:00)

The Role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their financial planning journey and ensuring they receive an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Working closely with Financial Advisers, you'll build trusted relationships, coordinate appointments and keep clients informed every step of the way. You'll also identify opportunities, overcome objections confidently and help clients feel comfortable making important financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Guide clients through the financial planning process.
- Arrange appointments with Financial Advisers.
- Keep clients updated throughout their journey.
- Work closely with advisers and internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Manage a busy workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle objections confidently and convert opportunities.
- Ensure all client information is managed professionally and confidentially.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has experience in a client-facing role.
You'll ideally have:

- Experience in account management, client relationship management or sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and by email.
- A confident, professional and personable approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- A commercial mindset with the confidence to identify and convert opportunities.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service.
