About Enable
Enable is a turnkey design, construct, and commission business operating across the HV power, renewable energy, rail, and infrastructure sectors. We work closely with our customers to deliver complex, safety-critical projects, often acting as a long-term delivery partner rather than a one-off supplier.
As the business grows, strengthening how we manage, nurture, and expand relationships with both existing and new customers is a strategic priority. The Relationship Manager role is central to this ambition.
Role Purpose
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing customer relationships from early concept and opportunity identification, through bid and contract award, and into project delivery.
Working across a mix of clients covering 3 business units (Resourcing, Hire and Logistic), the role ensures continuity, trust, and clarity for customers throughout the full lifecycle of Enable’s turnkey design, construct, and commission services.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
