Description
We are seeking a proactive, organised and customer-focused Client Relationship Admin to play an important role in keeping the client relationship process running smoothly. Working behind the scenes, this role will support the Senior Client Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers with day-to-day activity, including client administration, quote processing, CRM updates, follow-ups and cross-department coordination.
You will play a key part in the smooth running of the client relationship process, helping the client-facing team stay organised, responsive and focused on their clients. By managing the detail behind quotes, purchase orders, renewals, CRM records, internal handovers and follow-up actions, you will help ensure work moves efficiently from request through to delivery.

Client & Commercial Support
- Support Senior Client Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers by preparing, processing and managing quotes, revisions and purchase orders.
- Gather pricing, support renewals and help keep client agreements, records and commercial information accurate and up to date.
- Follow up on outstanding actions, opportunities and client requests to help keep day-to-day activity moving.
Client Communication
- Provide clear, professional and timely updates to clients by phone, video call and email.
- Represent ITVET in a warm, friendly and people-first way.
CRM & Administration
- Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunities, notes and client information.
- Support with budgeting, reporting and commercial administration activities.
- Keep documentation organised, current and easy for the wider team to use.
Team Collaboration
- Work across departments including Sales, Finance, Service Desk and Projects to keep client activity joined up and moving forward.
- Support strong client outcomes by being reliable, organised and proactive.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Customer-focused with a genuine people-first approach.
- Confident communicating with clients and teammates.
- Highly organised, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of follow-ups.
- Keen interest in technology and how it supports clients.
- Experience in an MSP or technology services environment is desirable.
