The Role
You’ll become an integral part of a pod-based team, supporting Financial Planners throughout the entire client journey. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Financial Planners with end-to-end administration
- Preparing client packs, valuations, and meeting documentation
- Processing new business and liaising with providers
- Managing letters of authority and client documentation
- Maintaining regular, professional client communication (non-advisory)
- Working closely with Paraplanners and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records across back-office systems

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management
- Knowledge of ISAs, pensions, GIAs, and investment bonds
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Great communication skills and confidence in building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience using financial services back-office systems (or transferable platform experience)
