Financial Planning Administrator | Bishopbriggs | Hybrid Working

The Role

You’ll become an integral part of a pod-based team, supporting Financial Planners throughout the entire client journey. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Financial Planners with end-to-end administration
  • Preparing client packs, valuations, and meeting documentation
  • Processing new business and liaising with providers
  • Managing letters of authority and client documentation
  • Maintaining regular, professional client communication (non-advisory)
  • Working closely with Paraplanners and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records across back-office systems

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management
  • Knowledge of ISAs, pensions, GIAs, and investment bonds
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Great communication skills and confidence in building relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience using financial services back-office systems (or transferable platform experience)
