Client Research Coordinator
Business Support Administrator – Client Research Team
The Business Support team is expanding, and we’re seeking a proactive, organised professional to provide essential administrative, reporting, and operational support to our Client Research team.
This vital role ensures the department runs smoothly, delivers accurate reporting, manages administrative processes efficiently, and supports colleagues to maintain a high standard of service for clients and customers. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in business support and operations within the property industry.
Salary & Details
Salary: £27,000–£29,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Clapham
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM – office-based full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Prototype and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Assist the Client Research Team with administrative requests
- Develop actionable reporting tools for team managers to enhance team performance
- Review exchanged and let properties, updating accounting figures and records
- Provide general administrative support, including IT and facilities coordination
- Support the senior coordinator with data entry and reporting tasks

Requirements
- Strong Excel skills, with prior experience using CRM systems
- Previous administrative or support experience (essential)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Proactive mindset with an "Nothing is too much trouble" service mentality
- Logical, creative problem-solver with an organised approach
- Flexible workload management, especially during busy periods
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
