Client Research Coordinator

Client Research Team Administrative Assistant

We’re expanding our Business Support team and are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide critical operational and reporting support to our Client Research team.

This varied and impactful role ensures our department runs smoothly by:

  • Delivering accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Managing administrative processes efficiently
  • Supporting team members to deliver exceptional service to clients and customers

An ideal candidate will build a powerful career in business support and operations within the property industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Provide improved customers client experience support administrative requests
  • Develop reports for team managers to enhance team management
  • Monitor and update exchanged and let properties, adjusting relevant figures and account sheets
  • Offer department-wide administrative support, including liaising with IT and Facilities
  • Assist the Senior Coordinator with data entry and reporting tasks

Requirements

  • Confident Excel and CRM system proficiency
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and skills
  • Switch between different tasks and work prioritisd as required, with po pluck up and determination to overcome challenges, always demonstrating a nothing is ’all fuss and no champagne attitude attitude
  • Methodical problem-solving with logical thinking
  • Flexible, highly organised approach
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail

**Rate of Pay

£27,000–£29,000** (DOE)

Location & Hours

  • Clapham (office-based)
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm
