Client Service Adviser – Affinity GI Team (Stevenage)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Starting from £25,000.00 (depending on experience) + bonus potential
- Working hours: 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
- Location: Stevenage
- Contract type: Permanent
About the Role
Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, are seeking a Client Service Adviser to join their Affinity GI team in Stevenage.

What You’ll Do
- Manage policy administration with professionalism and efficiency
- Offer proactive client support throughout policy life cycles to enhance satisfaction
- Maximise business opportunities by:
- Notifying clients about alternative products (generating leads)
- Highlighting potential coverage gaps
- Encouraging insurance reviews for existing clients
- Provide a responsive renewal service to improve client retention
- Underwrite scheme policies within prescribed authority guidelines

Ideal Experience
- Previous customer service experience
- CII Certificate in Insurance (bonus)
