Aon Corporate is recruiting for a Client Service Advisor to join our growing Redhill team. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Redhill office.

What the Day Will Look Like
Our Corporate Risk team provides tailored risk and insurance solutions to a diverse portfolio of mid-market clients across a wide range of industries throughout the UK. As a Client Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, supporting clients throughout their insurance journey and working closely with Client Managers, Brokers and insurer partners to achieve the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring the highest standards of client service are maintained.
- Developing an understanding of clients' businesses, risk exposures and insurance requirements.
- Assisting with the design, placement and ongoing management of bespoke insurance programmes.
- Attending client meetings, including pre-renewal and renewal discussions, and supporting insurer surveys where appropriate.
- Negotiating renewals, mid-term adjustments and cover amendments with insurers and Aon facilities.
- Preparing marketing presentations, renewal reports and policy comparisons to support client recommendations.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Responding to client queries and providing ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client risk and insurance programmes and supporting the delivery of wider Aon solutions.

Skills and Experience that Will Lead to Success
- A deep understanding of complex commercial insurance programmes, ideally in a client servicing, account handling, broking or underwriting role.
- Knowledge of core commercial insurance products and solutions; exposure to global placements would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, insurers and colleagues.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of client needs, market dynamics and risk management principles.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent service and developing technical expertise.
