Client Service Advisor – Financial Services Group (Insurance)
Are you looking to build your insurance career within the Financial Services sector? Would you enjoy supporting a high-profile global clients while developing your relationship management and commercial expertise?
Aon is recruiting a Client Service Advisor to join our Financial Services Group (FSG) in London. You'll play a key role in supporting one of Aon's strategic client relationships, while gaining exposure to the evolving world of financial services risk management.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and from our London or Chelmsford offices.

What the day will look like
As a Client Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting relationships across some of our key Financial Institutions accounts. Working closely with internal colleagues, insurer partners and client stakeholders, you'll help coordinate activity and ensure the smooth delivery of services.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the UK and European network, coordinating activity across teams
- Building relationships with partner insurance markets and key contacts
- Participating in and hosting regular client update calls
- Identifying new opportunities using available client and market data
- Coordinating regular insurer updates and communications
- Maintaining client and opportunity databases
- Updating account activity trackers and pipeline information
- Acting as a link between brokers and the client's partner markets
- Presenting on client activities to internal stakeholders to promote awareness and engagement
- Creating internal and external marketing materials and presentations
- Ensuring third-party payments are processed accurately and within required timescales

This is an opportunity to join Aon's specialist Financial Services Group (FSG), supporting the delivery of insurance and risk solutions to some of the world's leading Financial Institutions.
You'll work closely with clients, insurers and colleagues across the business, gaining exposure to a wide range of financial services organisations including banks, insurers, investment managers and FinTechs. Alongside developing your client management and relationship-building skills, you'll become part of a team known for its deep sector expertise and innovative approach to solving complex risk challenges.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
We're looking for a relationship-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will ideally have:
- Experience within commercial insurance, financial services, banking or a related professional services environment.
- A good understanding of commercial insurance principles and the client service lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues and insurer partners.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activity across different stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with a proactive approach and willingness to learn.
