Client Service Associate
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Type: Permanent
Schedule: Full Time
Assessment Days - You will be required to attend an assessment day in person between the 13th & 24th July
Start Date - 8th September
Training - training will last 4 weeks with a requirement to be in the office full time - no holidays can be taken during this time.

Vanguard is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our collaborative team in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering outstanding service and eager to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry.
You'll support our clients with professionalism and care—managing enquiries, resolving cases, and working cross-functionally to find effective solutions. With a hybrid work model and a supportive team environment, this is your opportunity to thrive both personally and professionally.
What You'll Do
- Handle and resolve client requests with efficiency and empathy
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal partners
- Collaborate across departments to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records and meet regulatory standards
- Gain knowledge of Vanguard's products and industry practices
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements

What You Bring
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
- A degree or equivalent experience, with analytical thinking ability—Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset
