Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Support
- Warmly greet every client with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Share Jackson Hewitt’s promotions with new visitors
- Efficiently enter W-2 information into proprietary software
- Schedule and manage tax appointment assignments

Office & Client Experience
- Monitor volume to optimize wait-time satisfaction
- Stay behind the desk to answer calls and resolve issues proactively
- Rapidly set up equipment or technicians per deadline
- Offer reliable technical assistance for assembly/repair

Cleanliness & Brand Maintenance
- Restock office supplies as needed
- Maintain workspace hygiene (vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning surfaces)

Assist Leadership
- Support marketing and recruitment efforts as required

Must-Have: ✔cl Reputation for friendly customer interaction ✔solid sensory attention and accuracy in data entry BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS worth noting: can configure setups and troubleshoot
Preferred
- Prior experience in high-volume environments (recommends retail)
- Customer service or sales background
- Valid driver license (reliable transportation)
Education Requirements (Flexible!)
- High school diploma (GED, including veteran agreements, widens opportunities)
