The Role: Client Service Director
This is a strategic and pivotal role that shapes decade-long relationships between Clubs and clients. As the Client Service Director, your primary responsibility is:
- Build relationships with clients, prioritising long-term partnerships.
- Manage client accounts and identify growth opportunities to increase revenue.
- Act as an escalation point for clients and delivery teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Lead dream teams for clients, sourcing and managing talent to meet project needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client relationship building
- Manage a portfolio of clients, fostering trust with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure AND Digital’s impact aligns with client goals.
Growing accounts
- Develop feasible account strategies that drive mutual value (for clients and AND).
- Identify and successfully pitch new business opportunities to maximise revenue potential.

Client assurance & operations
- Oversee day-to-day client needs, including clear communication, onboarding, and rotations.
- Ensure accurate scheduling for internal and client meetings.
Leadership
- Clearly articulate AND Digital’s mission and values to clients and teams.
- Align our goals with client objectives and our own organisation-wide aspirations.
Commercial management
- Maintain long-term, successful relationship-based accounts with minimal support.
- Prevent revenue leakage with proactive commercial oversight.
- Assist with Statement of Works (SOWs) and understand contract terms & risk management.
Team building
- Assemble the right team for each client’s needs and legal factors.
- Manage scheduling meetings to keep operations aligned.
Your Qualities & Experience
Because this role demands long-term impact, we’re looking for someone with:
- Proven success as an Account Manager, diplomatically steering accounts with strategic focus and commercial insight.
- Expertise in relationship management, ensuring clients see AND Digital as a trusted advisor.
- Strong communication skills to look ahead, collaborate strategically, and find opportunities.
- The ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver successful outcomes.
