Client Service Executive
Job Description
Join TrinityBridge Client Services Team where you will ensure client on-boarding and ongoing service queries are managed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities Managing leads with the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system Accurate and timely client data entry onto TrinityBridge and third party platforms/systems to specified Service Level Agreement Adherence to TrinityBridge Client Service procedures Ongoing client communication regarding meetings, arranging appointments, diary management and processing of client queries and instructions - be that directly or by referring to the relevant team, as appropriate Preparing meeting packs, annual review packs and valuations for client appointments Call management/client contact Ensuring all new business and centralised servicing queries are directed to the relevant team to be processed within set SLAs Document management - ensure documentation is scanned, saved and archived in accordance with department operating procedures General ad hoc duties as required by the Practice or assigned by the Client Service Manager Liaising and working with colleagues within the Practice to ensure success and operational efficiency and profitability
About you | Qualifications, skills and strengths Previous financial services experience Excellent attention to detail IT skills Team player Good communication skills - verbal and written Excellent record keeping and reporting capabilities Proactive nature to gain efficiencies Ability to multi-task Demonstration of inititative
