Client Service Executive

To support client service delivery while helping GB Retail identify, develop and embed practical technology improvements across day-to-day operations.

The Role

Client Service

  • Support renewal activity and placement coordination.
  • Work with account teams and internal stakeholders to deliver client service activity.
  • Manage day-to-day client servicing queries as appropriate.
  • Support documentation, process tracking, and follow-up activity.
  • Build understanding of WTW processes, systems, and governance.
  • Work with a team through a renewal cycle to develop practical operational credibility.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and colleague experience.
