Client Service Executive
To support client service delivery while helping GB Retail identify, develop and embed practical technology improvements across day-to-day operations.
The Role
Client Service
- Support renewal activity and placement coordination.
- Work with account teams and internal stakeholders to deliver client service activity.
- Manage day-to-day client servicing queries as appropriate.
- Support documentation, process tracking, and follow-up activity.
- Build understanding of WTW processes, systems, and governance.
- Work with a team through a renewal cycle to develop practical operational credibility.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and colleague experience.
