Client Service Manager (People and Pets) – Full or Part-Time
We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused leader who thrives in a pet-friendly environment and loves making a difference for both clients and animals.
About the Role
This confident leadership position is perfect for someone with a passion for outstanding customer service and a proven ability to manage a front-of-house team. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in retail or customer-facing management, ensuring every client and their pet receive a welcoming, stress-free, and exceptional experience.
The role enables you to build meaningful relationships, coach, and empower the reception team, while acting as the bridge between clients and the clinical team, fostering a culture of trust and care.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead the reception team, managing performance reviews, training, discipline matters, and absence policies
- Maintain a high standard of customer service through effective delegation, coaching, and support
- Innovate new ways to enhance practice experience and client satisfaction

Client & Customer Support
- Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic assistance to clients, offering guidance, support, and expertise during their visit
- Handle payments, bookings, and follow-ups efficiently
Administration & Systems
- Manage the Practice Management System (PMS) to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Monitor and resolve healthcare plan delivery issues
- Assist with digital content and marketing initiatives
Wellbeing & Team Culture
- Promote a positive and collaborative working environment
- Act as a supportive mentor for team members
