About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement & Inquiries

    • Address and resolve simple to complex client service requests with speed and precision
    • Deliver proactive responses, ensuring every client’s needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Escalation Management

    • Take ownership of client escalations, cross-border service escalations, and escalated project inquiries
    • Oversee remediation processes for issue resolution, then communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic Oversight

    • Review client case trends to spot opportunities for service improvements
    • Assess risks and proactively address complex queries, helping build a more resilient service model
  • Client Project Coordination

    • Lead and complete local client initiatives, while facilitating local execution of global client projects
    • Maintain and up-to-date contact directories across internal and external stakeholders
  • Client Training & Enablement

    • Train clients and staff on HSBC’s Global Digital Platforms, empowering users to get the most from our tools

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills—demonstrating empathy and adaptability
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-priority service environments, handling dynamic tasks with precision
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset; enjoy untangling challenges for the benefit of teams and clients
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with proven experience engaging cross-functionally—both internally and externally—to foster trust and alignment
