Client Service Specialist - Leeds South Central Are you keen to bring your advanced, technical insurance knowledge to a new exciting role ? Can you demonstrate a blend of commercial insurance, relationship management and communication expertise ? What the day will look like : As our Client Service Specialist, you will be: Leading the end-to-end servicing of complex commercial risk portfolios, delivering high-quality, tailored client outcomes Partnering closely with Client Managers and Directors to understand client needs and shape service plans, presentations and strategic advice Managing renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments, negotiating with insurers to secure the best possible terms and solutions Developing compelling marketing and client materials, clearly presenting risk profiles, proposals and placement strategies Proactively reviewing and improving client programmes, finding opportunities to strengthen coverage and support portfolio growth Building trusted relationships and ensuring excellence, working closely with clients and insurers, maintaining compliance and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team What Makes This Opportunity Different? Skills and Experience That Lead to Success: Advanced insurance technical knowledge Proven experience in commercial insurance broking and client relationship management. Strong network and reputation with key insurers. Commercial foresight, market awareness and strong negotiation skills. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
