We are recruiting for Client Services vacancies in our Glasgow office that will have responsibility for providing operational support to prospects and clients in relation to their healthcare and risk and pension schemes including Group Private Medical Insurance, Group Life Assurance and Group Income Protection schemes, and Group Personal Pension schemes.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Insurance scheme administration including manipulating data and checking calculations
  • Liaising with stakeholders including insurers, clients, and colleagues
  • Creating written correspondence including emails, letters, and reports
  • Adhering to processes and accurate maintenance of records

Core skills required include:

  • Motivation, tenacity, and a can-do approach
  • Competent ability in respect of Microsoft Office including Teams
  • Close attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • A personable approach
  • Adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn
  • An ability to take ownership
  • An ability to create new relationships and build credibility
