Client Services Administrator

Company Description

Tandem Financial is a specialist independent financial planning firm located in Bendish, Hertfordshire. We work with successful families, business owners, retirees, and those in or approaching retirement to help them make smart choices with their money. Our goal is to provide clear strategies and solutions that bring order and clarity to finances, ensuring peace of mind through service excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Services Administrator at Tandem Financial. The Client Services Administrator will be responsible for processing new business usually via Transact, communicating with clients, customer service, back office support, updating Intelligent Office (our CRM system), administrative assistance, greeting clients at our office, and lots more, on a day-to-day basis in our Bendish location. The role is varied but very rewarding.

Client Services, Communication, and Customer Service skills Finance and Administrative Assistance abilities (ideally having some relevant qualifications) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in the financial services industry is a requirement, preferably 3 yrs plus.
