Client Services Administrator – Health Partners

About the Role
As a Client Services Administrator with Health Partners, you will play a key role in supporting the Client Relationship Team and ensuring the smooth management of client services. You will oversee client communications, manage inboxes, and handle administrative tasks such as:
- Setting up new clients
- Maintaining CRM systems
- Providing monthly or ad-hoc management information reports
- Tracking client spend
- Sending commercial updates
- Distributing service certificates and documentation
You will support the Client Relationship Team by collating information, preparing documents, assisting with data reporting, and ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong IT skills and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage the HK Client Services and HK Enquiries inboxes
- Update CRM systems as required and direct queries to relevant teams
- Set up new clients within 5 working days, ensuring all relevant information is logged and clients receive correct documents
- Provide client management information (MI) on a monthly, quarterly, or ad-hoc basis
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst on monthly MI reports for clients
- Support the Client Relationship Team by preparing and distributing documents/updates
- Track spend and communicate with smaller spending clients where necessary
- Send monthly commercial increases, collection service certificates, and associated documents
- Attend weekly team meetings and other required meetings
- Complete mandatory training sessions

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration (preferably in the private sector)
- Excellent time management and diary organisation skills, especially when working remotely and attending client meetings/Medigold Health sites
- Essential IT knowledge: Outstanding proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with data reporting platforms and CRM systems (desirable)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
Location & Working Hours
- Home-based within the UK
- Remote working disclaimer: Only UK residents are eligible. Applicants must legally work in the UK and be available during UK working hours (8am–6pm, Mon–Fri).
- International applicants will not be considered.
Hours: 37.5 per week (7.5/day, Monday to Friday)
Salary
£24,784.50 per annum
