Bluestone of London is growing, and we are offering a unique opportunity to support our founder, Nadia Jafar, in delivering the discreet, thoughtful, and highly personal service our clients know us for – in a role that can grow and evolve.
Bluestone of London is a boutique international healthcare insurance advisory, supporting private clients, families, leadership teams and internationally mobile individuals with tailored international healthcare support across borders.
Our work is built around three principles: Purpose, Precision and Partnership.
We are looking for someone who can become a trusted first point of contact, helping to ensure our clients feel looked after, understood and supported.
The right person will be calm, experienced, discreet and highly organised. Someone who can pick things up quickly, think ahead, notice the details and handle sensitive communication with care.

You will support Nadia across client communication, administration and day-to-day coordination, including:

- Acting as a first point of contact for our clients
- Responding to client queries with care and professionalism
- Liaising with insurers, healthcare providers and external partners
- Following up on client requests, documentation and outstanding actions
- Keeping client information and communication organised
- Supporting Nadia with day-to-day administration and operational support
- Helping to ensure clients receive a smooth, considered and high-touch experience
- Spotting what needs attention before it becomes urgent
We are looking for someone who naturally understands the importance of discretion, responsiveness and detail, someone who does not start with ‘no, that’s not possible,’ but instead thinks of what we can do, what options are available and how to move forward in the best interests of the client.
Who we are looking for
The ideal person will have strong professional experience behind them and will be confident working independently in a founder-led business. Experience in the insurance industry or private healthcare would be highly valued.
