Client Services Assistant - Office based in Bangor, Gwynedd

Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities
The Client Services Assistant will provide administrative support to the Sales team and ensure smooth operations through the following:
- Support for Sales Proposals: Collaborate with Operations to draft, finalise, and submit accurate proposals in the Proposal Tracking System (PTS) for EMEA clients.
- CRM Management: Update the CRM system, ensuring client information, contacts, opportunities, and project details remain up-to-date and accurate.
- Report Generation: Create and track weekly/monthly reports, reporting to stakeholders across GLI.
- Client Inquiry Management: Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, addressing client needs with professionalism.
- Administrative Coordination: Handle essential administrative tasks for the Sales team, including but not limited to collaboration with:
- Legal, Finance, QA, and other internal departments.
- NDA processes, new GLI Access requests, JIRA Access requests, sanity checks, and project submissions.
- Ad-hoc Support: Execute additional admin tasks as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Preferable MBO/HBO degree level (or equivalent technical experience)
- Passion for customer support/success
- Plus points for experience with:
- CRM systems (especially Dynamics)
- Sales reporting
- Handling administrative tasks in a dynamic environment
Skills & Competencies
- Pro-active attitude with a structured way of working
- Stress resistance and ability to maintain focus under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills (identifying/addressing inefficiencies)
- Team player with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Fluent English language skills
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Advanced Excel (including reporting tools)
