Experienced Property Sales / Business Development Consultant – London (The Strand)
📍 Location: The Strand, London
⏳ Contract: Full-time, Permanent (on-site)
⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (No Weekends)
💰 Salary: £25k basic + uncapped commission + bonus
If you have a solid grounding in residential property and are ready to broaden your commercial exposure, this role offers a genuinely different perspective on the industry.
You’ll be based at the head office of one of London’s most established estate agency networks, working closely with multiple offices to support performance, grow instructions and strengthen relationships. Rather than managing one patch or branch, you’ll gain insight into how the wider property business operates, from winning instructions to supporting office strategy and growth. This is not cold sales. It’s advisory, relationship-led and commercially focused.
The role
You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 10–12 offices, acting as a trusted point of contact and commercial partner to office directors and managers.
The role combines:
- Business development:
- Engaging with vendors, landlords and developers to generate valuations and instructions on behalf of your offices
- Account management:
- Working closely with subscribing offices to maximise opportunities, performance and return on investment

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
