Client Services Consultant – Wimbledon

About the Role
You’ll support our Client Services team in Wimbledon, playing a key role in securing valuation appointments using our databases. Working closely with Branch Directors, you’ll help grow our market share in Sales and Lettings.

Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing past valuations and withdrawn stock databases
- Qualifying potential clients and scheduling valuation appointments
- Updating activity records on database software
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Proactively contacting past buyers and follow-ups on commitments
Requirements
- Proven success in telephone sales within an estate agency or similar industry
- Strong rapport-building and client qualification skills
- Clear, effective verbal and written communication
- Resilience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Commercial mindset with a drive to meet KPIs
