About the role

We are looking for a ** Client Services Consultant** to join our Client Services team in Wimbledon, with a focus on:

  • Driving valuation engagements for our London-wide branch network through targeted client outreach.
  • Supporting Branch Directors in growing our market share in Sales and Lettings.
  • Championing exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing past valuations, withdrawn stock databases, and relevant property records to identify target clients.
  • Qualifying and engaging potential clients via telephone and email, scheduling valuation appointments.
  • Updating and maintaining database software with accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Delivering a high-standard customer experience, including cold-calling and relationship management.
  • Initiating contact with past buyers and vendors, ensuring scheduled appointments and progress tracking.

Key requirements:

  • Proven success in telephone sales within estate agency or a similar property services environment.
  • Strong rapport-building and qualification skills, with the ability to persuade and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication—confident in engaging with a diverse range of industry professionals.
  • Demonstrated resilience, professionalism, and positivity—adaptable to fast-paced demands without compromising standards.
  • A commercial mindset with the drive to meet KPIs while delivering genuine value to clients and the business.
