Client Services Contact Centre Representative – Manchester

Atrium EMEA are looking for several Client Services Contact Centre Representatives to support a client in Manchester. You will be working in a call centre/contact centre environment, providing excellent client services, whilst processing a high volume of calls. Onsite role 4 days a week and 1 day remote. 12mths FTC/ PAYE.

Essential:

  • Previous experience in providing excellent customer and client services
  • Able to process a high volume of calls each day
  • Accurate data entry into databases and call logging software
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries
  • Financial services/Insurance sector experience
  • Previous experience working in a busy environment, with tight deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and data precision
  • Any knowledge across financial reports, trade data, wealth, securities, trade processing and reconciliation/reconciling data – helpful
  • A willingness to build skills across various levels of experience within the operations function.
  • An openness to career advancement through continuous learning and team rotation opportunities.
