Customer Service Coordinator – Training Events

Location: Hybrid / London office (1 day per week) Salary: £28,500 per annum (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time, permanent


About the Role

At Bond Solon (part of Wilmington plc), we empower professionals to excel in the legal landscape through award-winning training solutions. As our Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations behind every successful training course—supporting clients, coordinating logistics, and bridging communication between teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our operations, managing high-volume training events while delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer both in-person and virtual training courses from start to finish
  • Support clients, trainers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless experience
  • Confirm technical and logistical details for client-led training sessions
  • Manage relationships with venue teams, accreditation bodies, and suppliers to ensure high standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve virtual training platform issues
  • Order and track delivery of course materials
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and team coverage
  • Gather and review post-training feedback to drive continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

✅ Administrative or coordination experience (preferably within training, events, or education) ✅ Confident communication and customer service skills—you thrive in client-facing roles ✅ Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines ✅ Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency ✅ Attention to detail to minimise errors in high-pressure environments ✅ Team player mentality with collaborative problem-solving abilities

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Understanding of training accreditation standards
  • Knowledge of legal compliance or HR-related training
