Join Tetra Tech Occupational Health as a Client Services Co-ordinator
Deliver seamless client service in a fast-paced, people-focused occupational health team.
Purpose and Scope of the Role
Tetra Tech Occupational Health is seeking a proactive Client Services Co-ordinator/Administrator to join either the London or Mansfield-based team on a permanent, full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). You will support the day-to-day delivery of occupational health services to allocated clients, ensuring appointments, communications, invoicing and reporting run smoothly. Working closely with clinicians, advisors and clients, you will manage a varied workload, maintain accurate records, and help uphold service standards and KPI performance. Once trained, hybrid working is available at two days per week.
Your Impact in this Position
In the short term, you will build confidence in our systems, processes and client accounts, becoming a trusted point of contact. In the medium term, you will play a key role in improving service efficiency, supporting client relationships and keeping operational workflows on track. Longer term, this role offers the opportunity to develop within a respected occupational health environment, working on meaningful services that support workplace health and wellbeing.

- Deliver a professional, responsive service to clients, suppliers and internal colleagues, with a strong focus on communication and follow-through.
- Administrative Accuracy
- Maintain precise records, schedules, invoices and timesheets, with strong attention to detail and a right-first-time approach.

- Manage multiple tasks effectively, balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a busy office environment.
- Systems and Digital Confidence
- Use booking and Microsoft Office systems confidently, including Excel functions such as PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.

- Work collaboratively with clinicians and support teams, while also taking ownership of tasks and resolving issues proactively.
Skills, Qualifications And Experience
You will have strong office-based administrative experience in a busy setting, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high standard of customer service. You should be able to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and maintain accuracy throughout. Desirable qualifications and training include experience in occupational health, healthcare administration, or similar client-facing service environments.

Work Patterns and Location
This role is based in either London (Shoreditch) or Mansfield, with full-time hours of 37.5 per week. Hybrid working is available after training, with up to two days per week worked remotely #OccupationalHealth
