Client Services Director
Hybrid – 3 days in the office
£60,000 - £70,000 package
We're excited to be exclusively partnered with one of our favourite agency clients as they look to appoint a Client Services Director.
This is a pivotal hire, and we're looking for someone exceptional. A genuine leader who thrives on building brilliant client relationships, gets the very best out of their team and isn't afraid to challenge ideas, influence strategy and make things happen.
This agency is one of the best in the business. A true specialist within the B2B marketing world, they've built an outstanding reputation for delivering integrated campaigns that make a real commercial impact for their clients.
What will you be doing?
Building exceptional client relationships
- You'll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, developing long-term partnerships and providing strategic guidance across complex marketing challenges.
- You'll understand their businesses inside out, spot opportunities for growth and ensure they see the agency as an extension of their own team.
Leading outstanding client delivery
- Working closely with the wider agency, you'll oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns that exceed expectations.
- You'll ensure projects are strategically led, commercially sound and delivered to the highest possible standard.

Driving business growth
- You’ll spot opportunities to grow existing accounts and lead their new-business pitches, while collaborating with the wider team to shape compelling proposals for brand-new opportunities.
- Commercial thinking comes naturally to you, and you take genuine satisfaction in strengthening client partnerships and driving agency performance.
Leading and developing the team
- You'll inherit a talented client services team that's looking for an inspiring leader.
- Someone who invests in people, coaches them to be their best, challenges them when needed, and creates an environment where everyone feels supported, valued and motivated to succeed.
Playing a key role in the agency's future
- As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll help shape the direction of the agency.
- You'll contribute to business planning, influence strategic decisions and play a significant role in delivering the agency's ambitious growth plans.
Owning the commercials
- You'll have a strong handle on revenue, profitability and forecasting, taking ownership of your client portfolio and ensuring commercial targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional levels of service.

What we're looking for?
We're looking for an inspiring client services leader who knows how to bring people with them.

You'll have a strong agency background, experience leading high-performing teams and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.

Commercially astute and strategically minded, you'll be confident identifying opportunities for growth, driving profitability and helping clients achieve their business goals.

You'll have a solid understanding of B2B marketing, integrated campaigns and the creative process, while bringing the confidence to influence senior stakeholders, inspire your team and contribute at board level.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who leads with energy, authenticity and ambition. Someone who genuinely enjoys developing people, building brilliant client partnerships and helping an agency continue to grow.
