  • Location: London
  • Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum
  • Contract Length: Initial 2-Month Internship with Potential Extension
  • Start Date: Immediate Start Available
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Full Time
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid Working (2 Days Office, 3 Days Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients with technical queries and product-related support requests
  • Supporting software implementations and onboarding activities
  • Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues across software platforms
  • Collaborating with engineering and product teams to resolve client challenges
  • Monitoring system performance and escalating issues where required
  • Maintaining accurate records of support cases and client interactions
